Paul Schmitz (Owner) has an Associate's Degree from Western Technical College in LaCrosse, WI. He has 2 years of experience working at Trane Company and 8 years of experience working at Venture Tool and Die in Onalaska. He started RBI Fabrication and Machining in 2008, and has continued to grow and expand ever since.
